Easy Returns & Exchanges

Diva’s Curves offers a satisfaction guaranteed shopping. We, at Diva’s Curves, want you to feel confident buying from us, that’s why we offer  no-hassle return or exchange policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if Diva’s Curves Garments don’t fit in the 1st try, please send it back right away for Return or Exchange.

Since we are using breathable material, and the garments  absorb the environments, please place the garment in our zippers bag, and send it back right away.


No returns or exchange on Final Clearance items.


We appreciate your understanding and cooperation on this matter. All Diva’s Curves products are made for personal and intimate use and for basic hygiene we can only accept returned garments that are completely clean.

Please pay close attention to exactly how the product is folded and packed. Before trying on our garments, please ensure that your hands and body are free from any creams, lotions or oils that may stain the product. Any signs of stain, damage, dirt or any sign of washing will immediately invalidate any attempts to return, exchange or otherwise make a claim on your purchase, it will be considered “used” and returned back to you.

All exchanges are subject to quality approval from our warehouse. To qualify for an exchange, items must be received in the following conditions:

Product exchange requirements:
• Unworn
• Unused
• Unstained
• Unwashed
• All tags attached
• No smells other than natural product orders
• No animal or pet hair
• No stretch marks or permanent wrinkles
• Original packaging
• We kindly suggest that you do not have on perfume or deodorant when trying on garments.

The customer is responsible for shipping charge.
For health reasons we ask that you wear panties or undergarments when trying on our garments that contain a crotch. Any garment returned for an exchange used or soiled will not be eligible for exchanges and will be shipped back to you.
We are unable to accept worn items for hygienic reasons.

We recommend returning these items with tracking, as our warehouse must confirm receipt of the item before an exchange. We strongly recommend choosing an insured, traceable method so that you can make a claim with your carrier in the event that it is misplaced in transit.

Please allow up to 7 business days from our receipt of item to process the exchange.
Typical processing time for refunds is 3-5 business days from the time your package arrives at our warehouse. All returned orders would be credited to the original card used for purchasing. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be aware it may take up to 1 billing cycle before you see this refund as a credit.

Restocking fees. $10 or 20% Restocking fee (whichever is greater) will be charged for all return Garments for a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Important Notes About Returning Undergarments
• Please make sure all tags and packaging are intact, and that items are packaged to protect their shape.
• We are confident you expect the garments you buy from Diva’s Curves to be in brand-new pristine condition, which is why we request that if you’re unsure about your purchase, you try your new garments on only over your panties or undergarments.
• All returned garments are closely examined and tested to ensure they meet hygiene and health standards: we never put previously worn garments back into our inventory. If we believe an item has been worn, we cannot accept it for return/exchanges.

How to Return:
To return an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the Return/Exchange Form enclosed with your order, and mail the form along with the items you are returning to the address listed on the form. Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping fees as well as return and exchange-shipping costs are not refundable. For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your return will be processed and your original form of payment will be credited within ten (10) business days. Please allow up to one – two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

How to Exchange:
To exchange an item, fill out the appropriate portion of the Return/Exchange form enclosed with your order. Please indicate on the form which new items you’d like in exchange, and mail the form along with the items you are returning to the address listed on the form.

Please allow ten (10) business days for your return or exchange to be processed after it is received.

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. If you request a replacement item of equal or lesser value, If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit your credit card for the original order and place a new order.

We are committed to selling only brand-new, pristine items. So, for the peace of mind and health of all our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.
